RUSIA - American and European Space Agency (Nasa and Esa) has 201 sends a satellite mission to study the Martian atmosphere.
To make the mission was accomplished, they were to persuade the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) to join them. That is the only way to save the mission from cancellation due to lack of funds.
Mission 2016 involved a satellite to study the Martian atmosphere, while a large robotic rover scheduled for 2018. As reported by the BBC on Monday (10/17/2011).
Both of these are also being sought by the United States, which is also struggling financially.
By joining Roscosmos later, it would be a very meaningful participation and meaningful Cosmos, the success of the mission to Mars.
Roscosmos approval to join in this project, so that Russia can provide rockets for satellite launches later in 2016.
Given that in the summer, America can not provide the rocket to be launched into orbit in 2016. While Europe, currently do not have enough money to buy the rocket
